Allvyu is a personal record-keeping and visualisation tool — nothing more. It is not a licensed or regulated financial service, and nothing it shows is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Every figure is an estimate that is only as accurate as the data you enter and the third-party feeds it draws on. Do not rely on it — verify everything against your own records and a qualified professional before acting.
Allvyu does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), a tax-agent registration, or any equivalent licence or authorisation in any jurisdiction. We are not a bank, broker, custodian, dealer, payment service, financial adviser, investment manager, accountant, or tax or legal adviser. We do not hold your money or assets and cannot transact on your behalf. No part of the service is supervised or endorsed by any financial, tax, or other regulator.
Everything in Allvyu — including dashboards, valuations, returns, projections, allocation charts, tax packs, AI assistant responses, alerts, and any other output — is general information only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation, or needs, is not a recommendation or opinion that any course of action is suitable for you, and must not be treated as financial product advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice. Before making any decision, obtain advice from an appropriately licensed or registered professional.
Allvyu computes from the figures you enter, import, or upload, combined with third-party market, on-chain, and currency data. We do not independently verify any of it. Inputs may be entered incorrectly, omitted, duplicated, out of date, or misclassified; document and statement extraction may misread values; and external data feeds may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. As a result, every number Allvyu shows is an estimate that may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your data and for checking every figure against your underlying institutions and statements before relying on it.
You must not rely on Allvyu as the basis for any financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal decision, lodgement, or transaction. Any reliance you place on the service is entirely at your own risk. Past performance and any projection or estimate are not indicators of future results.
Tax packs, capital-gains calculations, carry-forward figures, franking-credit and foreign-income estimates, and any other tax-related output are informational only, may be incomplete or incorrect, and are not lodgement-ready. They must be reviewed and confirmed by a registered tax agent or qualified accountant before being used for any tax return or filing. On-chain income (such as staking rewards and airdrops) and the cost basis of transferred-in, Bitcoin, Solana, and thinly-priced assets may be missing, zero, or wrong, which can materially misstate gains.
Market prices, FX rates, and on-chain wallet data are provided by third parties. Their accuracy, completeness, and timeliness depend on those providers and the underlying sources, and may change or be discontinued at any time. We are not responsible for errors, gaps, or delays in any third-party feed.
Allvyu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be in active development and contain errors, bugs, or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded (including under the Australian Consumer Law).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allvyu and the entity that operates it are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or otherwise, and including loss of profits, tax penalties or interest, missed obligations, lost opportunities, or data loss — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
You are responsible for your own financial, investment, and tax decisions and for verifying all information before acting on it. Using Allvyu does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and us.
