Your client’s records, without the email chain
Allvyu Keys is how a lawyer, lender, auditor or insurer asks a client for what they need — and gets it, item by item, with the client approving each one. No attachments going astray, no “can you resend that”, and nothing about their money you were not given.
Lawyer · Accountant · Bank, lender or mortgage broker · Insurance broker · Financial adviser · Auditor — and anyone else your client needs to let in.

What a key actually gives you
What exists, not what it’s worth
Inside the engagement your client sets up you see names — “Smith Family Trust: deed, two amendments”. Never a balance, never a holding, never a value.
You ask; they decide, item by item
Tick what you need, or describe it in your own words. They can send it, send something different, tell you it’s the wrong thing, or go and obtain it from whoever holds it.
Here, or in your inbox
Take documents from your engagement page, or ask for them by email and they arrive as attachments. You choose per request; they see which you chose.
They see every time you use it
That is the point. A client who can watch a key being used is a client who is comfortable giving you one.
It ends on a date they set
Every key has a term — no open-ended access, and nothing to remember to close. They can extend it while a matter is still running.
One sign-in, every client
Act for four families and you hold four keys on one login. Nothing is ever pooled across them: each key opens only what that client chose.
How it works
- 1
Your client issues you a key
They choose what it covers, what it is for, and when it ends — then send you an eight-character code however you already talk.
- 2
You sign in and enter it
The code works only from the email address they addressed it to. Sign in with that one, or make an account if you have never used Allvyu.
- 3
You ask; they approve
You see what exists and request what you need. Nothing reaches you until they say yes to that specific thing.
There is nothing here to browse
No directory, no search, and no way to request access to somebody’s records. Your client generates a code and gives it to you, and it works only from the email address they addressed it to — an account on its own opens nothing at all.
No code yet? Ask them to send one from the Keys tab of their Data in page.
